The NorthEast Contact Center Forum is a non-profit organization dedicated to the professional needs of the Contact Center industry. We are governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who are experienced professionals from a variety of backgrounds. We offer four quarterly events throughout the year. We pride ourselves in being the largest community of Contact Center leaders in the NorthEast delivering exceptional learning and networking opportunities for the region. The audience is very diverse and includes banking, healthcare, financial services, insurance, retail, utilities and more.
